She is worried about her stepfather’s gaming dependency and thinks that he will not let her go. She also believes that her stepfather will only take her if she is sick and that she must work in order to support him.
While Lakshmi is worried about her syndicate, she feels a connection to Rishi. When she sees him on the drop, she runs down to tell him that she will not result him. She tells him that she will always be there for him, and he replies that he cannot live without her. Virender and Neelam are shocked that she would put her own life in danger for Rishi, and are concerned about his condition. Neelam goes to look for for him at the drop and discovers that Lakshmi is not dead.
